Do Not Sell My Information

You do not need to ask, and you never have to worry about us selling your personal information.  We simply will not do it, period / full stop.  By having this strict of a policy, we never have to worry about where you are logging in from.  Your information is yours and we consider it as something that we cannot give away, sell away, or share.  The only way that your information will ever be disclosed is under government issued order via a warrant!  So, whether you are in California, USA, or the EU or the UK, we cover your rights with respect to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), to GDPR, and others as they come into existence, and we become aware of them.

What do we collect and why?

  • Generically speaking, we collect the absolute smallest amount of information that we need to conduct operations.
  • Your IP address – this tells us where the post originated from in case someone tries to jam our servers with malicious activity such as DOS attacks.
  • Your chosen screen name – this is what we display so others know who is posting.
  • Your email address – this is so we know how to send you any announcements as well as giving us a way to reply to you if you have any questions.
  • Anything that a government authority with jurisdiction over us may require us to collect under law – because we are law abiding citizens of the United States of America – should this be required of us, you will be notified – we will not be a secret surveillance arm of any government body.
  • Nothing more / nothing less.
  • If you follow any affiliate links that take you to another web site, the owner of that web site decides what happens with any personal information collected by them and we are not responsible for their use and / or dissemination.

Bottom line, we will not sell, give, or share your information – that is our guarantee to you. No opt-out required!
